Today: Rain this morning, turning to showers/thunderstorms this afternoon. Expect 1.5 inches today. High 57. Low RH 59%.
Wind: SE 11...SE 17 after 1000...SE 14 after 1600.
Tonight: Rain picks up. Expect another 1" overnight. Low 46. High RH 100%.

Operation Safe Passage: E60, E78, E86, LF89 and RA889
Burbank FD is conducting an MCI drill from 0800-1200 at Burbank Airport. Operation Safe Passage's scenario is: on approach to BUR, a small plane crashes into an undetermined number of civilian vehicles and explodes, resulting in approximately 45-50 casualties.
Unified Command will be set up in Hanger #38 off of Clybourn Av. and Sherman Way. MEETING OF COMMAND STAFF @ 0700 @ Burbank Training Center.
Staging is at Clybourn and Sherman Way...BE THERE BY 0730.
The scenario takes place in an empty lot 300' west of Clybourn and Sherman Way.
